Copying, republishing, framing or adapting any of it without our written permission is not allowed.

Trademarks
POWER, the POWER device logo, “MEP Engineers and Contractors” as used with it, and Wafra Engineering are trademarks of POWER General Trading & Contracting Co. They may not be used, imitated or registered by anyone else, in any language or script, without our written consent.

Image Rights
The project photographs and site videos are our own record of works we executed. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, resold, submitted in a tender or presented as another company’s work. Press and clients may request originals from us instead.

Third-Party Marks
Manufacturer names and logos on our Trading pages remain the property of their owners. They appear to identify the equipment we are authorised to supply, and their use here implies no other association.

Accuracy
Project descriptions state the MEP scope POWER carried out. Specifications and product details are given in good faith and may change without notice; nothing on this site forms an offer or a contract on its own.
Permissions

Consultants, clients and publications are welcome to use our material once we have agreed it in writing.
- Linking to any page on this site needs no permission.
- Press and prequalification use of our photographs is granted on request, with credit to POWER.
- Report misuse of our name, logo or photographs to us and we will act on it.
